Help with index and match or vlookup to find data

Attached is an example of some of the tracking we do at work in excel. I'm trying to come up with a record book for a little recognition for my employees and I don't want to search through a lot of data each day as the actual spreadsheet is much larger than this sample attached. I have created helper cells on each sheet to find the max value for the "cases" cells the way I want it. Cells C5, C9, and C13 on the Records tab are pulling the max value from other spreadsheets based on the helper cells. I need to find a way to have the spreadsheet pull over the names of the employees in cells B5, B9 and B13 on the Records tab based on numbers in column C.

So in the attached I need cell B5 in the Records sheet to search Prd 25 and Prd 26 sheets and pull the name that matches the number in cell C5. If possible.

    * ...confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer.
