highlight cell through conditional formatting if the date matches ?

    Hi to all experts,

i am trying to define a conditional formatting that if any date of Column C matches to cell B4 then the selected cell must be highlighted in yellow color and this function should keep on working with my upcoming dates. (manually highlighted with yellow color) as a result i am looking for.

actually i defined this earlier but i do not know when my B4 value reached to 2019 the highlighted cell disappeared. i used =IF(WEEKNUM($C7,16)=WEEKNUM(TODAY(),16),1,0).

i attached the example sheet for reference.

    thanks in advance

Please try CF formula apply to =$A$7:$CC$187

    =$C7=$B$4
