Putting a right justify on the last word inside of a cell

I want to use a right justify or last word or the last group of word in and excel cell.
Is this possible?

I have included an attachment of how I would like it to turn out.
In the attachment I and using GPS coordinates as my example.
After "Gap." I would like to make everything that follows a right justify.
Is that at all possible to do?

You would need to replace all of the spaces in the cell save the last with non-breaking spaces (CHAR(160)), and set the horizontal alignment to Distributed (Indent).

If you do that, however, the lines in the cell will not break at word boundaries.
