Automatically pulling data from a Data range

Hi there - I want to automate pulling data from the table in A29:F29 to pull out items based on Audience, Program type and Presenter name. Is there a way to do this rather than copying and pasting the relevant lines? Also, some programs have two presenters is there a way to separately record both presenters automatically?

    File Attached.

    Thank you!

    See attached file.
I have copied your data to sheet1(2).
    Formulas are entered in J5:M12.
Hopefully you will be able to create other formulas.
These are array formulas, so please enter them with ctrl+shft+ent.
    Typical formula is:

You may want to explore pivot tables. In the attached workbook I have added several worsheets each of which contains a different pivot table. These are just intended as starting points for further exploration. All of the pivot tables are automatically generated from your sheet-1 data - no copying/pasting!

    Hi J,

    I agree with Geoff.
I've attached my version of the Pivot Tables that "match" your "mock-ups" - see Sheet2.

Re: Automatically pulling data from a Data range

Thank you all for taking the time to offer advice - greatly appreciated. I think I will look at pivot tables as a solution. As so many people share the workbook I worry the array formulas may be prone to overtyping, deleting etc.
