help! compare my price with a competitors price by a percentage

(A) competitors price (B) my price (C) fancy formula
1} $11.00 $7.94 $11.00
2} $3.70 $3.77 $4.90
3} $45.92 $44.70 $58.11
4} $11.15 $8.52 $11.15

I would like the formula to return a price that will match my price to the (A) "competitor" if the price is higher than 30% if not take (B) "my price" and mark it up by 30% (C) fancy formula

on row 1} (A) "competitor" price is $11.00 and (B) "my price" is $7.94 I would like to to return their price in this case. On row 2} the competitors price is lower than my price but I need to make a profit still so I would like to formula to mark up my price by 30%

On row 3} the competitors price is very close to my price but higher than my price so I can't have it mach because I do not get the 30% minimum mark up.
