Pulling both values in a vertical column

I'm working on a big data set where certain names are linked to certain numbers and in some cases 2 numbers are assigned to 1 name.

I've attached a small scale example. As you can see on sheet 2 the name David is linked to the number 2 and 6. The goal on sheet 1 is to display all the numbers the names are linked to. Since David is linked to 2 and 6 is there anyway I can get the 2 and 6 to populate in the highlighted yellow boxes?

...confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer.
