How to open an Access form with a button in Excel?

    Hi everyone,

I'm trying to open a MS Access form (NewStudent) using a "button" (image with a macro) in Excel. I've been playing around with some code but haven't gotten it to work.

I get the error: Microsoft Access can't open the database because it is missing, opened exclusively by another user, or is not an ADP file.

However, the database is not missing or opened by another user and it is an ADP file.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!!

should work if you add the extension of the filename.

Avoid using Select, Selection and Activate in your code. Use With ... End With instead.
