Hi All,
Could you please help me figuring out what and how to use a formula to find out how many continuous days agent has been working (monthly roster with split and any day Week Off)?

I could only do this using a user defined function. ie a Macro. or by inserting a helper row for each agent.
Cancel that:
This formula counts the consecutive days for row 4.
Entered using Ctrl Shift Enter
=MAX(FREQUENCY(IF(C4:BF4<>"OFF",COLUMN(C4:BF4)),IF(C4:BF4="OFF",COLUMN(C4:BF4))))/2
