Has Excel updated their Times New Roman font?

The symbol ∧ does not work with Times New Roman Font in MS Excel for Mac 2013. But it works in MS Word for Mac. The symbol's stats in other encoding formats can be found at the website fileformat dot info and then put in unicode 22c0 in the search bar.


I will never upgrade to MS Excel 2016 because it's junk and I've already tried it and was shocked to find that it is work than 2013, so that's not a solution.

Perhaps it is possible that MS has made updates to the Times New Roman Font which I can download and install. Does anyone know if this is true? Also the symbol ∧ does work in other fonts for Excel but those fonts look ugly and I will never use them.
