Copy cell contents to a text box?

I am trying to copy the cell contents to a textbox with the following code:

It doesn't seem to work

In spite of recording the macro to see how Excel does it, the generated code doesn't work either....

Does someone know what the syntax is to copy cell contents to a textbox?

also, jeeeezee its been a while I haven't done VBA

What if I will put this line in a for-loop and want "H4" as a changing variable ?
what would I need to do to convert the "H4" string to numbers?
