How to use several lists with the IF function

    Hello all

Im trying to make IF rules work with a combination a of lists

    Help 1.png

Cell B125 (New Brakedown) + B126 (Handset) + C126 (GSV) are all drop down lists with various options U26 id a formula that adds them all together to create what i want the IF rule to look up.

However its not working im guessing this is because the cell actual equals =B125&" "&B126&" "&" "&C126 and not "New Brakedown Handset GSV"

Is there any way this can be done? I would like people to be able to create there own custom report this way.

Attaching a sample workbook enables others to work on your problem:

To attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include BEFORE/AFTER sheets if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and click "manage attachments" to open the upload window.

Re: How to use several lists with the IF function

Ok so most of the data in the cells A1-S75 normaly pull for vlookup on a different work book.
I would like to be able to create a custom report in the cells B125 - B139 that just pulls information from the top of the sheet in to the table crated in these cells.
As you can see iv created a big IF rule in D126, in U126 is the Logic test and pulls data from a combination of B125 + B126 + C126 all of which are Data validation lists.

hope this helps and i have been clear

Please try at D126 and drag to the right.

    Formula: copy to clipboard

By putting different tree level in the same column (New Brakedown, Handset) and merge cell make everything complicated, like the formula above.
I would put them like the left table below.
