    creating time sheet

    Hello Everyone,
I am trying to create my own time sheet for work. I have attached what I have so far, column E deducts 0.5 hour break if I work over 6 hours. What I would like i5 to calculate is the amount of break time I get deducted in the week.

    Work week: Friday to Thursday

Thanks in advance for your help

    Re: creating time sheet

    Hi and welcome.

I presume you mean you want I11 to calculate the break hours rather than I5 which already has a formula for 'regular hours'?

If so, try this in I11 and copied down to I25.

    Re: creating time sheet

Thanks for the reply. but maybe I didn't explain what I'm looking for as a result in I11. I've attached another sheet with some times in it.
What I'm trying to get is when I enter the times column E deducts .5 if the time is over 6. what I want, because of those three times there are 2 that have .5 deducted I want I11 to result with 1.0.
    Hopefully this explains better

    Re: creating time sheet

Why not add a column that contains the unadjusted time (could be hidden), then it’s just a case of working out the difference between the unadjusted and the adjusted totals.

    Re: creating time sheet

I was hoping to have one cell with a formula to calculate everything. But if it is not possible I'll add more columns.
