    Find intersecting value

    Hi All

    Apologies if this has been posted before or it is a basic request. I have looked into VLOOKUP and index but nothing works as intended


    This is my table.

    I am looking to find the intersecting value by matching input from B1 and B2

    B1 would be looking for matches in Col C and B2 would be looking for matches from D6:G10

    Then display the result in B3 whether the answer is Y or N.

    This is a cropped view of my spreadsheet, the answer may not always be Y or N.

    Its preferable that you attach your file rather than an image. We can't work on images. Here's a quick version you should be able to work out how to apply to your own circumstances.

    Note I used an array formula so you need to enter it with control + shift + enter

    A little different. Does not have to be array entered.
