Monthly KPI

Hi,

I'm new to using excel, I have made a spreadsheet logging our quotes.
I want to auto generate a daily KPI from it every month, preferably a bar chart showing the amount of quotes booked in each day (preferably colour coded for the amount from each commodity code), I half managed to do this but it was missing the days out where we had no quotes booked in.
So I want it to show everyday (mon-fri) and how many where booked in each day, including a blank where there were zero booked in.

I also wanted to put a line chart over the top daily, stating how many quotes were still open (each one that didn't have a complete date).

I hope that makes sense and it is even possible to do as I wish.
