    Combine lists of different lengths into a single list

    I have uploaded a copy of the spreadsheet.

    On the last tab, ECM ref, I am working on getting a single table at the top that combines all of the sub tables below (separated by yellow lines) without spaces between the rows. When I am done each ECM category will populate this sheet and then I need to have a single populated list at the top.

    I am open to any solution or advice the community has on this one.
