Reverse Time Series 3D Maps on Excel (please help...)

Hey everyone, I have a dilemma that I haven't come across on any other forum yet...I have a list of locations across the US (attached) and a set of expiry dates. My aim is to produce a time series clip in Excel maps that shows the initial dataset at start and then the dates drop off as they hit expiry. However, my issue is that I can only seem to get locations to come on at the the dates they are in the table so the number of locations increases rather than the opposite.

Does anyone know how you would go about doing this?
