Get notified/Notification on column cell data as it changes (Market Analysis)

Hi, I have no idea if this is possible (limited experience with excel) but I am working on a spreadsheet that contains market data. A number of the columns are set to meet certain conditions (Conditional formatting) as well as some macros to receive information and data from an external source. For the final output column I would like to get notified when data agrees to all set conditions. A pop up alert or a way by which I will not miss the cell that agreed with my conditions even should it change within the next minute. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

The main excel file is a strength currency meter that is analyzing the strength of different currencies. I am manually inputting data from an external source in the C column looking for confirmation of both which is then derived in column A. I am not sure if that is sufficient information or how can I go about this?
