Auto table from random data entry

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to create a summary table from data entry. The data is basically buy and sell of stocks done on different dates.

Table should show the total no of shares / equities bought & sold along with last transaction date in throughout data entry sheet. Also it should not repeat the shares / equities which are already shown once. something may be in vlookup format which will enable auto updation of table after new data entries.

I've done it with a simple pivot table in the attached.

I did not mean to hurt anyone here, everyone here is helping doing a extra bit & respect that. I am sorry if I did so.

What I was looking for was a formula based solution instead of just a pivot table. Because the data provided was just a sample data and I have almost 2000 data entries to select it from.

What formula in 1st column should do is pick a value (share / equity name) from data entry and show it.
Looks simple at the 1st stage, but as it goes next row, it should check previous row and show the value which should not be repeated one.

And in second column, it should sum all the quantities against that name from the data table.

I hope I am giving the right picture here what I want, if not let me know.
