Show 10000 as 1 in excel

Hi All,
I understand that by using number formatting #,, I would be able to show 1000000 as 1 million and so on.
What I'm looking for how do I show 1,00,00,000(1 crore in Indian/Arabic Number System) as 1 in excel? Is there a way by which I can display the numbers based on the number of zeroes I want, instead of using comma as thousands separator?
