at a loss here as to how to accomplish this task w/o manually doing it. I basically have a list of 200+ candidates. Ther are 60 jobs available, and the hiring managers have ranked hi to low (1 to 5) as to who they prefer for their particular job. whats the best way to capture this info so that we can then see where we need to intervene--ie make decisions if two jobs like the same candidate at the same rank?
