Highlight cell if it appears on another sheet?

Hi Guys, I hope you can help.

I have a list of numbers in one sheet which I would like to highlight if they appear in a range of cells on another sheet?

Someone came up with a great solution which was: =ISNUMBER(MATCH("*"&D5&"*",'Sheet 2'!$C$4:$C$6,0))

The only issue is that when it's just a single number in the reference table e.g. "XX" instead of "XX, XX" it doesn't work? - See sheet attached - 75 is showing as FALSE?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That worked but it's making the file really heavy. 10-15 second delay anytime i change anything.

Is there another solution or a workaround?
