    Post General Question

Hello everyone, I work with a comptroller group using excel to provide budget data but, the issue I have is when the report is sent to a non-excel user and as soon as they view any long formula, the user get nervous when they can't understand the formulas. Can someone suggest a user freindly BI report generator software.

Does the data need to be dynamic? If not, just create a copy - values version and send them that instead.

    Re: General Question

power BI might be worth looking at..
    https://powerbi.microsoft.com

They seem to have a good integration with excel
I like how you can set up basic dashboards for all users but you can make available more detailed reports in the "background" that users can add to the dashboards themselves depending on their needs.
So "excel noobs" do not get overwelmed with picking the right tab or scrolling to a pile of data. But numbercrunchers can add more details for their needs.
