Issues with Date Types In Excel

    Hello,

Just a general question related to dates in Excel. Ironic I'm asking this on Valentine's Day.

I have a spreadsheet generated from the SAS software, where the dates are in 11DEC2016:00:00:00 format.

I would want to what this date type is called, and how I could easily convert it in excel. So far, I only know Ctrl+H and replace the timestamp.

Thanks and have a nice day ahead!

    Regards
    Asar
