    Help printing my spreadsheet

Trying to print off my spreadsheet and it seems like top headings get spread across a few pages and everything seems out of order, trying to have all the headings (From A1 -> Q1 and A2 -> Q2) appear on the first page then the according numbers/dates stay in order across pages and then the total calculations at the bottom of the last page

Have uploaded a sample of my worksheet (my real one will go down a few hundred cells but not across more than A to Q).

    Hi there,

Does the attached version of your workbook do what you need?

Hope this helps - please let me know how you get on.

    Regards,

    Re: Help printing my spreadsheet

Hi, thanks so much for that! It seems to be exactly what I'm looking for in the print preview, are you able to tell me the steps so I can apply them to my real workbook?

    Re: Help printing my spreadsheet

    Hi again,

Many thanks for your very prompt feedback and also for the Reputation increase - much appreciated!

Select Columns B:Q, and then select Page Layout > Print Area > Set Print Area

Select Page Layout > Print Titles. Then enter $1:$2 in the "Rows to repeat at top" box and click on "OK"

Select Page Layout > Orientation > Landscape

Select Page Layout > Margins > Custom Margins. Then enter 1.0 for the Top and Bottom margins, and 0.5 for the Left and Right margins

Select the "Page" tab from the currently-displayed dialog box, click on the "Fit to" radio button, enter 1 in the "pages wide" box, and leave the "tall" box empty. Then click on "OK"

    Hope this helps,

    Regards,

    Greg M
