Excel file open too slow

Hi,

I created an Excel file its size is 0,5MB which contains around 80 sheets, when starting this it takes too long time to open, no matter if open it directly or start excel and then open it.
I have another file which is almost 5MB containing more than 600 sheets and macros , this one starts almost direcly when clicking on it. and its so with my other excel files all start very quick, but i have the problem only with this file. Tried it on another pc its starts slow also.

I am running win 7 on my pc & office 2013 , my pc a laptop spec. are, i5 3rd generation cpu, ssd HDD, 16 GB ram. I unistalled office 2013 & installed today 2010 the problem presists.

I searched the internet and tried but nothing helped.

I dont know if i am posting in right place, any help appreciated
