How To Keep Formula Cell Reference Constant ?

Whenever i add a new row the cell reference goes down, for example:

    In this formula:

    =AVERAGEIF($O$10:O576;">0";$O$10:$O$576)

after adding a new row it becomes

    =AVERAGEIF($O$11:O576;">0";$O$11:$O$576)

    and so on,

How to keep formula cell reference constant?

It would actually change to =AVERAGEIF($O$11:O577;">0";$O$11:$O$577) , no?

I forget to mention the row is added at the top, so after a new row is added the cell reference goes down.

If you want it absolutely invariant,

    =AVERAGEIF(INDIRECT("O10:O576"); ">0"; INDIRECT("O10:O576"))
