Need help with rolling year calculations for FMLA tracking

1st, I am a relative newbie with excel compared to most on here. What I am trying to do is create a way to calculate an employee's FMLA leave. An employee gets 12 weeks of leave in a rolling 12 month year. However, the key term here is "weeks". I have seen some people use hours but actually that can be incorrect. For our employees, the standard workweek is Monday through Friday. 8 hours per day. Each day missed would be .2 of a week.

Since it is a rolling year I need some sort of calendar for 2 years where each day of FMLA can be entered and calculated on a 12 month rolling basis.

I have an employee who has missed a lot of work due to our lax attendance policy and I need to figure out at what point he exhausted FMLA. It is constantly "rolling" so it is difficult to figure out, at least for me.

    This should work for you.

I’ve used the EDATE function to look back 12 months, multiplied the result by 0.2 and and taken the result away from 12 weeks.
