How to Prevent Duplicates in Entry Form

Hello,

I have an 'Input' sheet for entering data. Is there a way to prevent duplicates in cell D5 for AFR # ? The data will be stored in the 'PartsData' sheet. As you can see the 10001 has been duplicated.
