Vlookup with separate columns

    Vlookup with separate columns

    I need to return a value in cell b3. The lookup is 40 in cell D3. So to return the answer for cell b3 look in column E until you go down to 40 and then return the value from column J. So the answer should return 4700.

    Not clear what you're looking for?

    You say 35 in column D.

    Apologies that is column E i need it to look at the value 40 in column C and go down column E until it reaches 40 then return the value from column J. So the answer should be 4700.

    Still not clear.
    There is no value 40 in column C.
