Count Cell Value based on another cell

I have a sheet and I would like Column O to display the value of Column N, (but only if Column L has the letter "A"). If Column L is blank then Column O should not show the value of Column N and be blank.

Any guidance would be appreciated..

In O2 and fill down

=IF(L2="A",N2,"")
