Need Dynamic Horizontal Data Linking to Vertical and Append to Last Entry

    Hello,
In the attached file you will find two tabs that are a mock-up. The "Outputs" tab schedule would change occasionally change based on new information. Each update iteration would represent a new project.

New project data would feed the "Schedule" tab. In the current state, the Outputs tab changes, and then I cut and paste the new information and make it vertical in the Schedule tab.

In a perfect world I would update the Schedule tab and that new information would then append to become the latest project on the following tab, pasting vertically, and falling into the next available column.

Any help is greatly appreciated; if I can even get portions of what I'm trying to accomplish that would be helpful.

    Thanks
