Conditional Formatting question

Hi,Not sure if this is the correct forum, so i apologize.

My situation is:
I have a row of cells with numbers. I would like to set conditional formatting so that is highlights (or fills) only 2 of the lowest value cells. Even if there are cells with duplicate numbers, I only want 2 cells.

Example:

13 15 8 7 15 8 10 12 5

in the example above, I would want the 5 and either of the 8's highlighted. Doesn't matter which 8.
When I try it, my formatting highlights the 5 and both 8's

There is, so far as I know, no way to do this with conditional formatting rules,
