Header reverting??

Hello. I'm trying to open an excel sheet and the header keeps reverting to an earlier version. When I open in Protected Mode, what I see is correct in the header, but as soon as I click the "enable editing" button, I'm seeing the wrong header, completely different text! Others in my group are not having this issue. What gives?

No, nobody is editing anything. The file was stored on a database and others download it and what they see is correct on their excel applications. Then they send their supposedly correct copy to me and I open it and still see the wrong header, even though when I forward the same file again, they open it and see it correctly. So it's definitely something with my excel going on. The only time I see it correctly is when I open it in uneditable protected mode.
