font size of comment

I want to make font size of comment become biger but apply for all excel file 2016.
can you help to teach me. Thanks in advance.

Hi thaimic,

I find you can change the font and size of comments and also save this as a Default Shape.

It looks like this feature to Excel may have happened in 2013 Excel and your 2007 may be too old to have this feature.
