How to return values in list format for keywords

    Hello,
I'm trying to create an index for a set of books and would like to return values against a table of contents. I've included an image, as for some reason I have browser issues with the File Upload.
I built a small table of contents with Book number, page number, page header, and chapter name. I would like to generate a list that pulls each keyword value, then applies the book, page, header, and chapter beside it.
Essentially, this will be an index that shows me where to look in the books for each keyword, but also includes the header/chapter info so that if one keyword is located in many places, I can quickly rule out which chapter in particular I should try or avoid.
I'm fairly familiar with excel, and while I know I can do this by a whole lot of copy and pasting, I'd like a more automated, faster way to replicate this process. (I have to do this for several dozen books.)

Thank you guys for any help!

Re: How to return values in list format for keywords

    Non-VBA technique

Place headers from row 2 into row 14 (see example)

    In A15 copied down
    Formula: copy to clipboard

In B15, copied across to E15 and down
    Formula: copy to clipboard

Once you have everything, you can filter on it and delete any rows with an empty key (assuming not all your chapters have 3 keys).

    Does that work for you?
