sorting with #N/A

I have a column with a couple "#N/A" in cells, and also other values in other cells, I was tring to sort , to have all the #N/A on top or bottom
I did sort A to Z , or Z to A, it was working, but its not workin today.

I also am trying to do conditional formating, trying to get all "#N/A" to RED color, and other values with Green color
it won't work either

anyone can help me?

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

I could not reproduce your sorting issue. Sort ascending puts the #N/As at the end (after numbers and then text).

For the conditional formatting issue assuming your data is in column-A starting at A1 the following worked for me:
Conditional formatting > Use a formula to determine which cells to format > Forma values where this formula is true:
