Formula to check for agent and which unique references they have checked

Hi,

I have two sets of data I want to use and compare against each other. It's relevant to sampling agents - so I want to check how many checks the agents have conducted, and on the other data sheet are the outcomes of those checks. Each check has a unique reference, so the idea is to check the references that were checked by the agents and how these performed later on the process stage.


I want to check for the agent, which unique references they have checked, and how these performed at a later stage (which I have data for).

Can someone assist how or which approach to take?
