Vlookup or Index Match not updating

Hello experts. I am running into an issue which I had found a resolution to before and have since lost. I have 2 Workbooks. Workbook A uses (either hlookup or index match, tried both ways) and it looks at values in an external source workbook (Workbook B). Workbook A is stored on Sharepoint, and workbook B is on a network drive. When I open up workbook A, it doesn't update to the most recent value in Workbook B unless I actually open workbook B. From what I remember I had to us a different formula. Does anyone have an alternative formula or another route excluding VBA in this situation?

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
