There's a couple things I don't understand (although they may not be relevant to the question you pose):- How can cell U12 be "R" given that it follows "Out" in T12?
- How can there be "R"s in rows where the "NAME" column is blank?
A few assumptions - if I have any of these wrong, let me know.- I think there needs to be a particular date to which the CRR worksheet applies or do you assume today()? For now I have created an "as-of date" cell CRR!G1
- There has to be a key or link between the two worksheets. The only thing they have in common is NAME, so that is what I have used.
- I assume that the formula you are looking for is for the CRR worksheet col-C.
That all said, if my assumptions are correct, then I think the following formula in CRR!C2 and copied down does what you need.
Attached is your workbook with the formula applied with a selected date of 3/20/2019 in G1.
Let me know if this works for you
