Combine multiple enrollment dates to identify breaks / continous coverage

I have an excel sheet that has the enrollment dates for an employee. However, do to status changes, the employee may have multiple start / stop dates that are on different rows. Is there a macro or formula that will look at the detail and give the full start / stop date or identify when there is a trued break? Below is an example of the data:

    EMPLOYEE EMPLOYEE.LAST-SUF EMPLOYEE.FIRST-NAME PLAN-CODE START-DATE STOP-DATE
    12345 Smith John PERM 01/01/2019 02/20/2019
    12345 Smith John PERM 02/21/2019 03/06/2019
    12345 Smith John PERM 03/07/2019

Hello and welcome to the forum.

I recommend uploading a small representative sample of your data along with the desired results (which you can enter manually) based on that data.

To upload an Excel workbook, follow these steps:
    1) Click on "Go Advanced"
    2) Click on "Manage Attachments"
    3) Click on "Choose File"
    4) Choose your file and click on "Open"
    5) Click on "Upload"
    6) Click on "Close this window"
