VBA code to update rows to sheet 2 from Sheet 3

Hi ,

I have 1 Workbook where

sheet 2, which consist of existing data with 450 rows of 4 columns : Code, particulars1 , particulars2, Amount

from previous question, i have identified 50 new rows, that rows to be upated on click to Sheet 2 from Sheet 3
