Finding specific amount at specific date for specific person

I have been trying to get a solution - specific amount on specific date for specific person - using a formula.

I have in my sample, two persons who hold cash (positive) or owe money (negative) during the range of dates. If I select the specific date for specific person, I should get the answer.

Can somebody help to write the correct formula or write some VBA script?

...confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer.
