How to shift cells to the right

I am trying to shift many rows of cells to the right over empty cells. Basically, as I show in the attached screenshot, I want to move all the rows to the right so that they are right justified on column 'U'. My table has thousands of rows so I was hoping there is an easy way to shift each row over, I just can't figure it out

I don't think your image really shows what you requirement is.

Perhaps it would be easier to understand if you attached a small sample workbook showing a before and after.

To attach a file, click on "Go Advanced" below your reply then scroll down to "Manage Attachments". Click on that to open the upload window.

Thanks for your help. Per your suggestion, I uploaded an Excel file that has two sheets.

The sheet "Before shift to Right" shows what I currently have. The other sheet, "After shift to Right", shows how I'd like to move all the empty cells to right justify on column N.

I have a spreadsheet with a few thousand rows so I'm looking for a way to automate this task. Any suggestions?
