    Count cells in dynamic range

    If A1=10 (columns) and A2=20 (rows)

    I want to COUNT cells (with data or blanc) in range B1 : (B1+10,B1+20)

    Yes, with -1 to all ! like A2-1 or A1-1 .....

    With "-" between COUNTIF, is what I want !
    One count all, one count empty so with "+" I get wrong, I get total + empty , more then I have

    It sounds like your cells all have formulas in them, some of which possibly return blanks. Try this formula:
