Easiest way is to use Advanced Filter

In cell I1 enter MAM
In cell I2 enter *RV*
Click Data > Sort & Filter > Advanced
Select "Copy to another location"
List Range: $A$1:$C$24
Criteria Range: $I$1:$I$2
Copy to: $E$7
Click OK.
