How I can get common data from a duplicate entry in excel?

Hey Guys

How I can get common data from a duplicate entry in excel?

Suppose in Excel I have a column of Dates | Name | Hours

We have multiple tools where user work and log their hours, but when we pull out the data we get duplicate Dates & Name because the user is using multiple tools. Hours are the different.

What I need with the formula is too avoid duplicate Dates & Name (Should be marked as common) with Sumup of hours.

Output ": Date 31 May 2019 Name Mark Hours 4

Any suggestion.
