Dynamic Hyperlink for pictures from a file folder help.

Hello! So essentially I have a problem with an excel sheet that I can not figure out how to solve. I have a folder with pictures of vehicle accidents for claims, and I can link that easily, but the issue is, there are thousands of these pictures, and I do not want to do it by hand everytime.

All the vehicle pictures are named as in the picture above, an example being V-1775. I would like the hyper link to redirect to that picture, but have a formula for a link that changes according to the correct V number picture. What would I use to switch a hyperlink based off of the number to the left?
