Is it possible to format a table either of these ways? One would involve conditional formatting where it highlights a certain color when it detects a change in a cell. The preferable option would be the screenshot where there are spaces between to separate each new supplier/seller to make the sheet easier to read. Are either of these possible to do?

How is data entered into this table. Is it copied and pasted, is it entered manually. Either way it's going to involve taking a before and after snapshot. It's a matter of whether you take a snapshot of the whole table or one cell at a time.
One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.
A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.
