Graph changes format when hiding and unhiding rows

    Hello everyone,

I have a problem with regards to a graph's format when hiding and unhiding the rows it is located in.
    Please find the file attached.

I want to hide all rows and the graph of May 2019. Then I save the file and close it and then open it again.
When I then unhide it again, the whole format of the graph changes (colours, font size etc.) and all data is selected, whereby I only selected specific cells.
How can I "fix" the graphs format and selected data so that when I unhide the rows, the graph will be the same as before hiding it.

    Thank you in advance.

    Best regards,

    Lena Meyer

    Hi,

So you're trying to hide Row 4 through 34 right?
I just used my RightButton mouse, and clicked "Hide" and it worked...

I'm using Excel 365, maybe it's the version?

    Hey,

Sorry I forgot to mention, that it always happens, when you save it being hidden, close the file, open it again, and then undhide it. Then the format is changed (at least in my file).

    Thanks!

Hmmm, I see, yeah that happened to me too. I'm sorry but i can't find any reason for that to happen.

You can avoid this problem, if you only create one Chart for the whole Year, and use a Slicer/Filter to select which month you would like to see

Unfortunately the monthly charts are needed
    But thank you anyways!
