Shortening amount of rows in workbook

Hi, I have a workbook that contains data down to row 5367. However if I press control + end it takes me to row 40062. This makes it difficult to scroll as my data is confined to a very small area on the scroll bar. Is there a way of control + end taking me to the end of my data please? Beyond row 40062 there are empty cells in Column A with borders so I guess at some point I've formatted the entire row without realising it. Much obliged.

Its okay, I figured it out.

Care to share how you solved this? Others may have the same problem.
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)

Re: Shortening amount of rows in workbook

Selected cell one row down and one column to the right of my data.
Tap Ctrl + Shift + down arrow then Shift +space bar. This highlighted all rows below my data. Right-clicked the selected rows and chose Delete.
Again, select cell one row down and one column to the right of my data.
Tap Ctrl + Shift + right arrow then Ctrl + space bar. This highlighted all columns to the right of my data. Right-clicked the selected region and chose Delete.
Saved my workbook. Now tapping Ctrl + End should take you to the last cell of the data. An added benefit is that the physical file size of the workbook should be dramatically smaller.
